Active Homework during active week

This year we had great fun during our Active Week. Everyone in the school wore tracksuits and active homework replaced written homework. We enjoyed many activities including Yoga, Irish Dancing, Skipping, Obstacle Courses, A Mini Sports Day, Tug of War and Basketball. Local Sports Clubs including Orienteering and The Steam Runners Athletics Clubs and Jesters provided fun activities for the whole school. All classes used the Active Walkway. We all had great fun and when we were unable to go outside, we used the excellent Swim Ireland Activities, Bizzy Breaks, Go Noodle and Cosmic Yoga to get active.
